Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.
Col 3:23
Baseball is a means to an end.
What are the means? AND What is the end?
The Means for Providence Baseball Academy are scientifically proven techniques to develop the whole physical athlete and the communication of biblical values of respect, stewardship, hard work, perseverance and encouragement of one another to develop the intellectual/emotional and spiritual parts of the athlete.
The End for Providence Baseball Academy is developing the Whole Person: Body, Soul and Spirit.
The body is the physical training. Our techniques are based in science, not subjective observation. We use proven techniques to develop efficient biomechanical muscle memory to get the most out of each individual athlete regardless of age or gender.
The soul is the intellectual/emotional development. We are intimately interested in the academic development of each of our athletes. We are also interested in their emotional development. A good student is a disciplined student. A disciplined student is a confident student. A confident student is a well-rounded person, in control of his/her emotions and able to contribute to the well-being of all those with whom he/she comes into contact.
The spirit is the development of the essential part of each human being made in the image of God. This is fundamentally the most important development. Our role model is Jesus Christ and His Word is our guide.
Providence Baseball Academy exists to invest in youth who love the game...
that is the youth in age and the youth in all of us!
